All of our items are handmade and made to order with the majority of work done during the weekend
Because of the Made to order aspect Most of our item are non-Refundable once in production (use of Materials)
Refunds - If the mistake is on Elite Customs OW end we will accept a return
buyer is Responsible for returned shipping cost
if you would like to cancel a order message us via email or Social Media ASAP, once we start 3D printing your item we cannot cancel the order
